Within the framework of the Change of Command ceremony of the University of the Armed Forces – ESPE, Crnl. Víctor E. Villavicencio A., PhD., outgoing Rector, planted a tree, as a symbol of continuity, institutional commitment and hope.
This solemn gesture represents the legacy of his management and the vocation of service, discipline and excellence that distinguish ESPE. The tree, planted on university soil, will remain as a living testimony of the work done and the constant growth of our institution.
In this way, ESPE reaffirms its commitment to tradition, academic strengthening, and the values that guide its institutional mission.
