Latincrypt'23 aims to bring together researchers and practitioners to present their latest achievements and innovations in Cryptology and Information Security. The conference provides a leading international forum for disseminating original research in the respective fields, emphasizing applications and novel algorithms & systems.

Following the success of previous iterations, the conference aims to attract researchers and application developers from a wide range of Cryptology and Information Security related areas, addressing the emerging challenges brought to the foreground by the recent advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data processing. The conference will cover both theoretical cryptology research and its applications. Contributions describing new cryptographic primitive proposals, cryptanalysis, security models, formal methods in cryptography, hardware & software implementation aspects, cryptographic protocols and applications, as well as submissions about cryptographic aspects of network security, complexity theory, information theory, coding theory, number theory, and quantum computing are especially encouraged.
